Grand Bleu Tower – a project by Emaar in collaboration with renowned designer Elie Saab, located in the coastal area of Dubai Harbour.

The complex consists of two towers, featuring a ground level, mezzanine, 6 podium floors, and 45 and 26 residential floors. The collection includes 1-3 bedroom apartments and 4-bedroom penthouses.
